Great staff! Super friends. Don’t go at 12:00 noon, the lines wayyyy to long. Worth it though.

Great food but lazy service

First of all, I am a fan and I have eaten at many other 4Rivers locations before. Their foods are excellent. Their service is good too. But today I'm kinda disappoint with this particular location (first time buying it here). I placed an Uber order (#03FBD) here today 11/15/19. I ordered 3 separate meals for my office and put in request for plenty utensils. When the meals arrived, I noticed that whoever was preparing my order put two order (brisket) together into just one box and there were only one set of utensil. We ordered 3 meals separately and requested for more than just 1 utensil. Now my coworker have to wait till the other person done eating until their turn with 1 fork between us 3. Seriously?? I feel like whoever prepared our order is lazy. How hard it is to put in 3 boxes and throw in some more utensils? I hope you guys look into this and make sure they do a better service than this.

EDIT: 4rivers just reached out to me to apologize. I appreciate that. I believe it must have been a miscommunication between their employees. I'm going to change my rating from 1 star to 3.

I was introduced to 4 Rivers Smokehouse a couple of years ago and have been loyal ever since! The place is clean, staff friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely amazing. I love the sliced pork, however it is no longer on the menu (boo hoo), however the pulled pork satisfies the hunger! I highly recommend! Plus, they honor the military discount. Thank you 4 Rivers Smokehouse.

The food is great and the service is top notch. The bread pudding is a "must have"!
