    Excellent.
    Very interesting ethnic cuisine.
Strongly recommend for those who appreciate talented hard working independent operators.
Totally different from the corporate chain mainstream.
Real food! The way nature intended! :)

We were in town for a convention and decided to try this restaurant. The food was truly delicious. We hadn't tried Uzbec food before but the waitress was very helpful and suggested some fabulous dishes. We had the atlas salad to start, which was big enough for 4 people to share and the eggplant rolls. The main courses we tried were the chicken kabobs, the meat dumplings (excellent) and a chickpea dish with lamb. The food was very flavorful. Highly recommended!

Like other reviewers, we didn't know what to expect. Restaurant is in a really nice, but vacant plaza. Don't let that deter you, the food was excellent!

We had two soups, the fresh noodle soup and the cold dill cucumber soup. The cold soup was solid, but the vegetable lamb soup with fresh noodles was spectacular. Broth was very flavorful, vegetables fresh, and the noodles had great texture. This turned out to be much better than what was described on the menu.

We also got two kabob dishes, chicken and lamb. Both were really well seasoned. We got the honey cake for dessert, which was well received all around. Even our picky 6-year old loved the food. Overall, the food was really great and exceeded our expectations.

Atlas House should be a 4.5 star because of a few things. The merlot was disappointing (but they did take it off of our bill) and the service was a bit slow. Still one of the best meals we've ever had. We will be back.
