Very busy but not a horrible wait. Waitress was amazing and friendly. Our cook was funny and great with the kids. Food was good only bad thing was the bathrooms were nasty. I would of rather went to a gas station!
First time here, our chef was hilarious and highly skilled and our server Chris was polite and very helpful. I let them know I was a vegetarian at the beginning of the meal (tofu steaks are really good) and they were very accommodating to my diet! Great place!
Made 5:45pm reservations yesterday. We arrived by 5:30pm and were seated very quickly. I was surprised how busy they were since it was a Thursday and after the holiday. Our server was very friendly and great attitude, wish I could remember his name. Our chef was Noah, he seemed rushed and not very good when it comes to interacting with kids. I can understand that he’s a “chef” and being able to cook the meals properly should be his main focus, BUT, he ignored the kids requests and almost acted like they weren’t speaking to him! You work at a restaurant located 10 mins from DISNEY WORLD, please hire chefs that can work with CHILDREN! My kids wanted to see FIRE and Noah doesn’t do any tricks or fire until AFTER THE MEAL IS DONE. He was boring and had ZERO personality. We would more fun watching the chef at the next table, who was making the dinner so much better for his customers. Management needs to make sure that Chefs are consistent and offer similar interaction and have reasonable ability to work with families and children. Step it up folks!
Reservations aren't really reservations. They are an idea of a possibility. If you book near 2:30 to 2:35 pm they will seat you after 3:00 pm to ensure you can't order from the lunch menu. They have a menu "thing" that is confusing. They will give a limited menu with all the expensive items, if you ask you can get another menu that offers everything. Not sure why they lead with the limited menu then when asked give you a full menu, but that is how they do it. Double check with the server that they have you meal entered correctly. With a full table your party and a party of strangers you know the order will be right. The food was great and the chef was excellent. Just a few things I will do differently next time to make the meal a little easier next time.
