Big River Grille & Brewing Works

I was very impressed. When we went there was no need to reserve a seat and no need to wait, just walk up and get seated. The portions were large and the service was great but the process were, by Disney standards, modest.

Main entree was great, but the bartender seemed bothered by us for some reason. He was very stiff and not very friendly. The salsa that came with the chips and dip tasted like the jar salsa you buy at the store. The only person who was happy and fun was the guy who brought us our entrees. Everyone looked miserable. The cool part is half the bar faces the entrance door so we were able to sit there and watch people walk by. The unfriendly service makes any place worse though.

Delicious food and drinks. Very good location. Just in the broad walk close to Disney hotels. Great service.... quick easy food!

This place was so amazing. The food was great. The atmosphere even better. The servers are what make it so great! Went here twice and both times we got different servers. Both were so nice and so cool. They made the experience so much better. I would recommend this place to anyone! We stayed an extra hour because our servers were so cool and down to earth.

If anyone plans on coming here ask for Nate or Aimee! Two of the best servers I've ever had!

Also get the black cherry cider! You won't regret!

Standard Bar and Grill food prepared well. The kobe burger cooked medium was perfect. It had just the right amount of char. This was pretty much the consensus with all our meals. It was a typical in the 90's afternoon, so our family all appreciated our waiter Tony's constant beverage refills. A shout out to him as he handed to go cups full of ice water to each person as we left. This kind of service made our experience better than most places we have eaten. We will eat here again. I just wanted to update my review. We just at here again and the service and food is even better than 5 months ago. We we're fortunate enough to get Tony again. It's amazing how much good service enhances your dining experience. I'm raising my review to a 5 star.
