Chefs de France in Epcot at Disney World is a wonderful representation of the French restaurants found in Paris France. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is even better. Can't not pass up the desserts as they are the best part of the meal. Sigh....wish I was there right now....sigh..
We had the pleasure of trying chefs de France and have to admit I expect more for the price and yes, I'm used to Disney price and service. This place is always ultra crowded and tries too hard to be French while missing the mark. If I recall, Ive been here twice and the experience is the same. There are other, more interesting places throughout the park for a good meal at the same cost... If not cheaper if you count food stands. If you want a true French dining experience that's worth it from beginning to end, you should travel upstairs to the revered Monsieur Paul.
The best restaurant at any Disney Park. It is comparable to many if the restaurants in France. We had the price fix dinner with 3 courses. The French Onion soup was cheesy and delicious. The Beef Burginion was so tender that it fell apart with just a fork. The dessert choice is varied but the Swan profiterole is the best. The service was also excellent. A restaurant that stands out above most of the other restaurants at EPCOT.
This Epcot restaurant is tops for atmosphere. Great place to relax and enjoy a meal where you can observe the throngs of visitors but be apart from them at the same time. Menu offers good variety of choices including vegetarian, fish and meat. We enjoyed the onion soup and also a fresh salad. Trout grenoblaise was very good, light and lemony but the accompanying potatoes were rock hard and inedible! Very disappointing. Service was friendly and prompt. Dessert was fabulous.
