Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have a love hate relationship with this place.

First off, whoever is running the kitchen or in charge of the food, kudos to you because the food is delicious. Period.

Now to the part that I really dislike about this place. The service is horrible, these employees look like they hate their job. I get it, it’s frustrating and it gets hectic but if you hate this job, get another job, it’s simple. I swear to god, every time, everyone on the line and at the cash register, they look at you like you’re a piece of s**t as if you were not paying.

I never see a manager in sight overseeing what the employees are doing. I swear, they just hire a bunch of teenagers and let them run that place. The only thing that saves this place is the food because god damn if it’s good, again if you’re in charge of making the food and you’re reading this, you’re doing an incredible job.

Also, the water and ice dispenser have been broken for months now, c’mon that’s unacceptable.

I do wish the lines would be a bit faster here but I do understand that the process takes time. Just make sure you go there before the rush hour of all the gym personnel that raid it after their lifting sessions.

Other than that I do enjoy the food and the customer service is good.

Been going to this location at least once or twice a month for the past 4 years that our company treats us to for take outs, and all the sudden this past week, the chicken burrito i always get has shrank from the size of a softball to the size of baseball! Is corporate responsible for this or did i just get an employee not putting enough stuff on it this time? Absolutely love the food from Chipotle obviously, This has to be corrected or i will be forced to go to another location.. Will give another chance
