Tony was our tour guide and he was great! very informative but kept it moving along. the chocolate was fantastic, doing the wine and chocolate pairing was definitely worth it. The chocolates made in house are as tasty as they are pretty. I see a comment someone made about having to silence their phones, it’s just common courtesy since there’s other people on the tour and it would be rude to interrupt the guide as well as the people who are also there to enjoy the tour. they’re very polite in asking people to put their phones on silent so it shouldn’t be a problem at all. overall, I highly recommend.

They’ve a chocolate museum and a tour. The tour gives you insights about the entire journey of chocolate from cocoa seeds to chocolate bars.
The machinery used, the kind of seeds etc etc.

They’ve a display of chocolate wrappers from over decades the show the evolution of chocolate.

The world’s famous monuments are all reconstructed in chocolate. These structures are such a pleasure to see.
At the end of the tour, they give you tasters if various types and flavours of chocolates.

The chocolate fondue served at the cafe is the best. The chocolates displayed at the cafe counter Is such a treat to the eyes as well as palate.

Form the time I walked in the staff was very welcoming. I purchased my ticket before hand which included a wine and chocolate pairing (4). Totally delicious and pleasantly displayed
. Then it was time for the tour. Tony was very knowledgeable, energetic and fun. The tour was the right length of time and the tasting at the end was a great way to end. I'll be back down on a few months. Thank you to the staff for a lovely time.

I am a chocolate lover, so when looking for things to do in Orlando and this came up, ofcourse it was on the top of the list, and thank goodness it was! My friends and I opted to take the tour. We had Dave as our guide (be sure NOT to have Becky) and enjoyed his humor intertwined with the amazing facts about chocolate’s history. The displays were busy enough to maintain interest as Dave spewed facts and jokes in the perfect amount of time for each stop along the way. I found the chocolate replicas to be phenomenal!! Who could complain about the free samples at the end of the tour? You don’t go to a chocolate museum and cafe if you don’t find at least some joy in chocolate, and it’s fascinating to have a better understanding of the origin of that joy. The gift shop is possibly lacking a bit in options for items to purchase which won’t be at risk of melting, but the options for eats is amazing.... and the artisan who creates the edible delights is so amazingly talented!
I highly recommend this little palace, but it may not be the place for young children, as they may be bored with the historical content and may lack the appreciation for the quality of the treats. Totally a must for the chocoholic adults, however.
Thank you, Dave, for acknowledging that you didn’t know why someone would appear with a small head ;)
