Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen

The food is amazing. Service was very good, food came very quickly to the table. My only issue is the price the items. I know it's in a wealthy area but it was $170 for 4 ppl (2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child). Other than the price Everything is perfect.

4.5 rating. Great ambiance. Laid back yet trendy. Not loud, no problem holding a conversation especially if sitting outside.

Portions were substantial for tapas yet $10, $12, $14 each is almost a meal in some other places.

Food had great flavor. I enjoyed the caramelized brussel sprouts, crab artichoke dip.

I recommend it.

This place was VERY nice! Sophisticated hippy sort of feel. Great place for a first date if you want to impress, or to get drinks after work. The bartender Brittany was really pleasant and personable. I believe I had a goat cheese flat bread, and fish tacos. Tapas style portions, neat presentation. Gave four stars because of the prices. But hey, it’s Lake Nona, so you’re already getting taxed for the area alone. Will be back!

Chroma was near our executive apartment so we walked right over one evening. Fantastic location in Lake Nona, beautiful. I had actually went into the venue earlier in the day to check it out. The cashier/greeter was a bit busy on the phone, but greeted me and let me take a look at the menu. That night when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly hostess, and someone quickly asked us what we wanted to drink and gave us menus. Our server was Irma, and she was lovely. What an ambassador for Tavistock. She explained the menu offerings and answered questions. We both had the lobster dish, and my husband had the fish tacos and he was very pleased. And he is a tough customer when it comes to food, trust me. I also had calamari, which was very tasty and tender. Can't remember which beer we had but it was an easy and smooth one typically served with dinner. Overall the food was flavorful and delicious. Modern and very cool atmosphere. Well run and well managed. We will be back!
