Love this place at Disney springs. The food is amazing here. I order the fish & chips and will definitely get it again. The fish is crispy and juicy, even though its one fish. The fish is big and makes me full. They have fries instead of chips which is better and the fish is really good with the dip. Outdoor seating is great and safe. They have heating outside to keep you warm too.

Upon arrival, my parents and I were greeted by an extremely kind lady at the counter, she was very well spoken and very helpful. We then sat down and waited no longer than 10 minutes for our food. The fries were really good. But when I tell you, this place has the best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It was so good I had to visit 3 times while staying in Florida. The guy that served us was super nice and always checked on us and even had friendly conversations with us. All the workers in that place need a raise. Amazing service, amazing food, amazing place. Very satisfied with every.

I’ve been eating here since 2014 and my son and I love it. The food is extremely satisfying and some of the best tasting food ever. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is a favorite of ours but the Fish and Chips are amazing. The service is top and they are so kind and friendly. They make you feel welcome. They always put a smile on my face. We Will eat here ever time we visit Disney Springs. Thank you Cookes

Extremely accommodating of my gluten allergy- I was able to eat fried fish and onion rings for the first time in years! The food was incredible, even by non-gluten-free (or regular) standards. My husband, who follows no dietary restrictions, was even impressed with my gluten-free food, which is a rare occurrence. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable given the location (and the quality). We will definitely be back to visit the next time we’re in the area!

Service was slow. They opened at 12. At 12:20, I got to the counter to order, I was number 7.
Fish and chips were good but portions were small. $12.95 and one small piece of fish. Chips portion was acceptable. If you want something to drink other than a canned Coke/Sprite, you have to go to the outdoor bar and stand on another line.
The food is good but overall, the experience was somewhat less than pleasing.
