Everglades Restaurant

Three of us ate at this restaurant. My wife had the lobster seafood bisque, and my daughter a Filet Mignon. My wife was very happy with the meal/portion, and enjoyed the lobster tail and large scallops that came in a lobster bisque with noodles. My teenage daughter that is a picky eater enjoyed the filet mignon cooked to write temp she asked for. I had the ribeye and it was brought to the wrong table but they got one two me within ten minutes. I asked for medium and I received it medium rare and it was extremely fatty and I could only eat a fourth of it. Veggies undercooked on two dishes. Dessert very nice. A raspberry Mango sauce which came with the cheesecake with a covered chocolate strawberry and a leaf made of white chocolate. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. They compted the steak which was very nice of them.i would go back the next time I visit the Orlando area. Thank You Chef.

Food was good, but overpriced for what you get. $6.25 for a bottle of water.... seriously? Lol Filet Mignon was perfect though!

A little pricey, but the food was amazing. Elegant presentation of delicious food. Try the scallops with citrus!

The ribeye steak was very good. Service was good as well. This is a hotel restaurant so expect to pay.

Our server made it from a very good experience to a fine dining experience in a casual atmosphere. Good food, relaxed pace. That is what I really like!
