Absolutely AMAZING food! Loved all of the flavors! Super friendly staff and was awesome to have home cooked food delivered directly to my door!

So my wife also left a review on her own, but I wanted to leave my own thoughts. I absolutely LOVE the food from Fire Dept. Meals. If you try them once, you'll never order from another company. The first thing I noticed when my meals arrived was a mini-fire truck looking vehicle pulling up to my home. Then the driver got out in a firefighter uniform. I think this just goes the extra mile to really drive home the firefighter aspect of the company.

When we unpacked our home delivered meals, the packaging was neat, clean, and professional. Furthermore, they use organic containers so there is not plastic leaching into the food. That is really thoughtful.

I had the pecan crusted chicken....WOW! My daughter had the hash brown casserole...that was also a WOW! The food quality is on par with the high-end Disney restaurants and the portions are big enough to fill an adult male. You can tell that they use fresh, quality ingredients and that what you are eating has been sourced from farm-to-table sources and that it was hand-made and not from a can or package.

I simply cannot recommend them enough. Try them once and you will work this into your food budget as part or all of your weekly meals.

I have been ordering food from the Orlando Food Department for about 2 months now for two main reasons. First, I am lazy. I am tired of cooking. I have been cooking for about 40 years,and although I like my own cooking, I am ready to let others have the privilege. Secondly, the food that the Orlando Food Department delivers is really delicious. It is fresh, nicely seasoned, and a great change from my own cooking. I am not a vegan, but I often find their vegan meals really excellent, so I find myself eating more meatless meals than I used to. I also appreciate the fact that the meals usually freeze well. I recommend this delivery service highly.
