Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My food was really great. I ordered the grilled salmon salad and added shrimp, with avocado green goddess dressing on the side. The salmon and shrimp were flavored and seasoned perfectly and the salad was fresh. The dressing was a nice surprise and had a great flavor. I would definitely eat here again !!

It’s a franchise style restaurant in area with mostly local food. Food is basic nothing worth telling anyone about. I would recommend one of the other local areas that’s just a walk away. The place was also a bit over priced with no drinks just water and our bill came out to $65. Better BBQ rids right down the road. The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly it’s a nice place to take grandparents or parents.

I went here for the first time on my birthday. It has the best food I have ever tasted. Everyone with us agreed on the quality. The service was perfect. I had the wood grilled salmon and it was excellent! I can't wait to go again!

Holiday lunch 2019 held here, it was my first visit and I will definitely return. The menu has a variety but isn't overwhelming. I had the Colorado Chicken salad and it was excellent, the dressing tasted house made which is a big plus. Onion rings were on the table as an app and were surprisingly delicious, not greasy at all. One thing to consider, if you're a large party (7-8+?) they apparently have limited space for large parties; at least that's what we were told when we arrived and had to wait quite a while despite our reservation - turns out this was due to another large party that was still at their table. Management was more than apologetic and made it up to us, service was also really smooth for the amount of people at our table.

The new Seasonal Goat Cheese Fondue is amazing! A must try! Perfect with a Sierra Nevada Hazy IPA. Firebirds has a cozy atmosphere both inside and out. The Salads here are amazing. Another favorite appetizer is the tuna poke. Be sure and stop in any time of day.
