First Watch - Waterford Lakes

If I didn’t go to a special event at this place, I would have never stepped foot in it. Now I can’t get enough. The food is awesome and I love the seasonal menus. Right now the Asian Pork Belly Bowl is my favorite menu item. The Salmon Avocado Toast is a close second. I love the Vodka Kale Tonic, too. It is so refreshing!

First Watch has great food and service. One of my favorite things about first watch is that they serve breakfast and lunch until closing. Since I don't like breakfast food I love the fact that I can get the kind of food I want to eat. I highly recommend checking them out!

Go early when you can there will always be a wait for breakfast otherwise. We got there at 7:30 and had an easy time getting a table but it was quickly filling up. Ordered coffee, Whit was great, they had several choices of creamer but wish the creamers were not in disposable cups. They have paper to go containers and paper coffee cups with reduced plastic lids so I found this interesting. Also do not give a table a whole container of water it usually gets wasted especially if there are only two people at it. The food had large portions where you can take home or share plates. Next time we will share a plate and have a pancake. Pancakes are large in size with a variety of flavors. I chose the banana granola, very tasty. We got the health wrap and healthy omelette as well all large portions. Everything was fresh and delicious.

This is my favorite location. The restaurant is clean and the staffs are friendly. Our server recommended the "Morning market veg omelet with fresh grilled potatoes" was delicious. Both me and my sister in law had a great meal and great experience at this location. The server has made our experience much better (sorry, forgot her name. She has a kind of short Bob style hair cut).
