Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Always great service! I've never had a bad experience here. They cook the food to order so everything is fresh! I would recommend Freddy's.

Not far from downtown Orlando and Orlando Health hospital... Convenient. The restaurant has meal with custard for desert packages. They will hold / process the desert part until end of your meal. Courteous for a fast food place! Some on the grill in past visits were extremely hard working to serve people promptly.

Very great customer service. The lady taking our order was very knowledgeable, polite and kind. They check up on you while you are eating, positive attitude, and good food too. Will recommend for sure.

So, the food and custard is fantastic. This review is about the service, though. Sharon was literally the most considerate and helpful fast food employee I’ve ever encountered. She took the time to explain everything about the food and even allowed us to taste some of the custard beforehand since it was our first time. Aside from the great food, I wouldn’t mind returning just to see her again. She’s like a wholesome Midwest grandmother.
