Such a great experience - Rina really makes this place shine whenever we’re in and she’s there. Super accommodating and makes you feel like they genuinely appreciate you. If I owned a restaurant I’d want her running things.

We had a great lunch here on Sunday. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. All of our meals were super fresh and delicious. We will make this place a regular stop in our dining in Dr Phillips. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for healthy and amazing tasting food, look no further. Simply put, the food is amazing. The first time I went, I had the Salmon, it was a juicy and flavorful. Then went again a second time and tried the Crispy Chicken and Mozzarella sandwich. It was filling and very tasty. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you are looking for a healthy meal!

I love the variety of healthy options. The PB Mood Booster smoothie was like a dessert. Fun touches of Florida decor near the bathrooms. The bowls were very filling but I'm glad I saved room for the rice pudding. The pudding has a nice cinnamon bite, perfect for a kinda chilly Florida winter. The iced coffee on tap was also excellent. Overall I think is probably the best bowl type concept I've experienced in Orlando and I hope they open more in the area!
