Fuji Sushi Alafaya

My first date was here. We try celebrating our wedding anniversary by visiting each year. Love the food and service.

Excellent food and service! My girlfriend and I frequent this restaurant. She loves the sushi, she says its the best sushi in central Florida. I usually get the teppan dinner. So delicious!!

Has deals on their sushi every day, their "Awesome Roll" is amazing if you want comfort roll. Service is pretty quick and staff is friendly, they're always hiring tho and I always see new faces so not sure what's going on behind the scenes.

Food was great. Compliments to the Chef. We had 3 different sushi's, chicken kids meal and I had a lobster dinner. Only reason I dont give a 5 star is because of the service. Waitress was kind but not very attentive. They were not busy at all since it was around 4pm, however there were a hibachi table that was left with previous peoples plates and drinks the duration of our meal. Another couple left before us and their table also did not get cleared and this table was near the front. I got a feeling that staff was without management and not super focused on service. I was given my cranberry drink in a plastic bottle when I asked for a glass with ice I did not realize that I also had to ask for a straw. 3 trips to get one drink done right. We did not have enough chopsticks on our table and we had to flag her down to refill my daughters soda and at the end to ask for take away boxes. I would recommend waitresses be trained to keep an eye on their tables and take initiative in asking if customers need something not just how does the food taste. Will I go again. Yes. Food was good. :)

Really love this sushi and hibachi place. They offer daily specials that are really good and last most of the day. But the main reason I love this place is for the Dynamite roll. Every sushi place has a roll with baked fish on top. And at most sushi restaurants it doesn't taste good at all. But Fuji makes a great Dynamite roll and it is my favorite of all rolls anywhere.
Usually I will get the Dynamite, Volcano and Scarlet rolls to start off and I always get the eel sauce because it goes so good with the Dynamite roll. If I'm still hungry after that, I will get another Dynamite roll. ????????????
The hibachi side is good too but I have only done it a couple times because I go for the sushi.
