Tony Williams, we are just seeing your comment and sorry you feel you were delivered breast bone. We only serve IBP St Louis Spare Ribs, which is a meaty rib, not bones. We have shown several guest the whole slab prior to cutting and serving the slab, because they wanted to see the size of a slab.
I did Google as you suggested Breast Bone and when I googled it, this is what it said about our St Louis Spare Ribs....St Louis Style Spare Ribs- They are cut down into a rectangular shape, have flatter bones and when the cartilage and breastbone is trimmed away they are known as a St. Louis Style Spare Rib.

I ordered from here through Uber Eats and had it delivered at work for lunch. I ordered the smoked chicken, macaroni, and collard greens. Not only was the food amazing, but there was also enough for 2 people at a great price. I will definitely eat here again and would recommend it to others.
