Hard Rock Cafe

This is my favorite restaurant. The staff is amazing, which makes the customer service wonderful. They actually seem happy to be working there and I love that about it. The food menu has become smaller over the years - I do wish they would fix that part. However, the food is still always fresh and yummy. The rock shop is the best! I always find amazing goodies when I go the.

This Hard Rock Cafe proves to be on par with the best themed restaurants around. The food was well-prepared, the pictures and memorabilia were strategically placed throughout the venue to add to the cool vibe and ambiance and to engage the patrons in an unforgettable, enticing way that provides for an awesome dining and entertainment experience all around. The service was prompt, efficient, and on-point..and that's saying a lot because it was extremely busy when my party arrived. The front of house staff were all smiles, providing great customer service skills while my party waited upon arrival. Clean tables and bathroom sanitation was top-notch!

The Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando Resort was awesome as usual. Great atmosphere, staff, and food. Prices were pretty reasonable, especially compared to some of the places at Disney Springs. We spent around $90 for three meals, drinks, and an appetizer. Definitely visiting again!

The food and service were amazing and love all the rock memorabilia. We had Dani as our server and she was the best. She was so patient while we decided what to order and had everything we needed at the table before our food came out. She was great at keeping our glasses filled too. The food was perfect, best chicken club and the kids meal portions were great our daughter lived her mac n cheese and she fell in love with the guitar plate which we had to purchase before we left. He had a sirloin the was cooked perfect. We will definitely be returning very soon. Also love the pictures you take before you get seated.

About a month ago, I tried to visit the Hard Rock Store as I collect Hard Rock hats. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find my way to the store easily and I wasn’t able to make it in to get a hat. Although it was disappointing, I left a review talking of that experience. Kyle quickly replied to my review and addressed my issue. He even ended up hooking me up with a hat and shipped it halfway across the country! Kyle was very professional and showed masterful customer service skills. Although it wasn’t a “traditional” way of getting a hat, it makes for a great story. Thank you for everything! Original review below:

Disappointing experience to try and get to the shop as I collect Hard Rock hats. There was no great direction on how to get to the cafe/shop. Tried to call the cafe for direction and nobody answered. Sad face :/
