Holiday Inn Orlando East- UCF Area

It definitely served it's purpose. It had the location I was looking for. I liked that the hotel and location didn't have the typical "touristy" Orlando feel. I loved the book lights in each room and the size of the refrigerator was larger than most rooms. The entrance had a Florida feel. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

My stay here was quite nice overall, staff are pleasant. Stayed in the King Superior room, which was a good size. Bed & pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean with the usual amenities provided,the buffer breakfast was good value for money. Only drawback is the hotel restaurant, the quality of the meals (dinner) can be improved.

Great location and facilities. Modern vibe and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the laundry room and everything worked well.

Can't say enough great things about this Holiday Inn. Kiara was a great waitress for breakfast, bright, happy and bubbly. Breakfast was wonderful. Waffles with fruit and real w&whipped cream, breakfast sandwich hot and toasty. Hostess was just as good as was the dining room manager. Front desk took care of a defective refrigerator within minutes. The housekeeping staff were polite and fast in our requests. Would highly recommend.

This is a very gorgeous location. You can definitely tell they take great pride in their business! Everything was impeccably clean, very up to date and comfortable. This was a very sporadic stay and we was happy with our choice even though it was a lot further away than where we need to be. (My fault lol) I most definitely recommend this location. The only thing in would advise the owners to change is to offer a continental breakfast!
