Miss Nancy was very nice and helpful l hadn't been in in a while and she was very very helpful and she even came over to check to make sure everything was okay thank you so much for your help

I come here often. Mainly for their famous bowl. Maybe not that often. When I do however, I am always a happy customer.

Their customer service is decent, never too impressive. The chicken on occasions is a bit passed the holding time, but never too old were I would return it. Honestly, the food is mostly fresh the majority of the time.

On this particular day however, management was off their game. They were running out of chicken, and a lot of customers were unhappy. The guest were willing to wait, but they were just out and cooking more was not something the manager was willing to do.

Perhaps inexperience? If leaving early was the goal, not having food is a shortcut they should not take.

Great people work there. We had to wait awhile so we were offered a side. That is real customer service. Thank you. Food was hot and good
