Kobe Japanese Steakhouse - Lake Buena Vista

My husband and I had a wonderful date night here yesterday. Our chef Phi was great and made everyone feel included and our server Hannah kept our drinks full throughout the meal. There was way more than enough food and it all tasted amazing. Manager Tony made sure to visit the table during and after the meal. All in all it was excellent service. I will be back and highly recommend this location!!!

This Kobe Steakhouse is doing it right. I am super impressed and I am typically a pain in the butt who is difficult to please. Firstly, the obvious point is that the food is superior to almost any other Japanese steakhouse I have been to. The soup/salad is served onto the bowls and plates in front of you. I love this because you know that salad hasn’t been sitting for an hour before it’s served to you. The rice, noodles and veggies were yummy but the shrimp and chicken were exceptional. Chicken is so easy to dry out and be flavorless but the chicken was tender and delicious and the shrimp tasted very fresh. The manager is super involved in his dining room. He evens sings happy birthday to the patrons along with his staff. I have a deep appreciation for people who respect what they do and have passion for their business. The staff is attentive and polite. Well done!

Always a great time for food and entertainment. Our chef Abe was very personable and catered well to the entire table ranging from young children to adults celebrating an anniversary. Our server although o do not remember her name was great she kept the ta let clear and beverage glasses full and was very timely with packaging the left overs and providing checks. Tony the manager stopped by at the end of the experience to ensure we all enjoyed our evening. I will say I was not a huge fan of the salad coming on a plate but our server was very gracious enough to place mine in a bowl. I would also love to see the return of the hot towel prior to eating.

I’ve been to hibachi before, but never one as good as this one! The staff were friendly and welcoming and really made sure we had an excellent dining experience. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! The manager Tony is very kind and I love how he interacted with all his customers. Kobe’s is the perfect way to start the new year!

This placeis amazing to eat your first. Tony and his staff are amazing. Love the care they bring to the table. The servers are always there to assist you and the cook are great with a sense of humor and a great spirit. Looking to come back soon. Thank you everyone and Tony for the best first experience I had with you guy.
