Great food and service! Drove 1.5 hours to come here with a raging craving for dim sum. It was a busy Sunday morning so we were expecting a wait. There was a dumpling cart parked halfway across the restaurant that we knew had everything we wanted but it had been 15 minutes and still hadn’t traveled anywhere near us. The boss/manager saw we had been waiting and personally got a tray to bring over all of the dishes we wanted! So grateful for that because it would have been another 10 minutes if we waited for the cart to reach us.

I’ve tried four different items on their menu and all were top quality and delicious. I will no longer go anywhere else for this type of food. Everything tastes fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is my favorite place to get dim sum in Orlando. We always come at 11 to beat the noon crowd on the weekends. The roasted duck is amazing (sometimes you have to specify lots of meat or else they give you the one with less meat/more bones).

My family and I have been eating at Lam's for over ten years and have been quite taken with them. First when you walk in you are greeted with the coolest original 1970's(yes they've been around that long) decor you've ever seen. This alone gives you the feel that prepares you for the amazing food. The business is family run by several generations, but also very family friendly. I went through pregnancy to car seat, to high chair, to booster all at Lam's. On to the food, the Dim Sum should be on everyone's bucket list. From Turnip cakes, to shrimp stuffed jalapenos, the salt and pepper squid, everything screams perfection fashioned out of family recipes for decades. In addition, there are different menus for varied tastes. There is an American menu for the more pedestrian tastes which is quite good, but for the truly adventurous the Red Menu is the way to go. Full of hot pots and authentic Chinese cuisine, there is really no passport required. They have an extra large dining room that can certainly support large parties and are conveniently located next to a great Asian grocery store. If you just want lunch during the week on your lunch hour, and are low on cash, they have a delicious Americanized buffet for a reasonable price complete with hot and sour soup. So it's clear Lam's has something for everyone!
