Launch Family Entertainment Park Orlando, FL

Today was my first time at this amazing place, I wasn’t sure if my 15M was going to enjoy it but he had a BLAST! There is a small toddler play area that is perfect for kids 12M and up! I was able to go in the playground and enjoy with my son.
Cleanliness was 5 stars but I will consider covering the plugs on the walls by the kid's area. My son was non-stop trying to put his fingers in it.

We will definitely go back soon!

Took my 14 yr old and three friends today…they did the pick 2 option and did a 2hr adventure pass and laser tag which they enjoyed overall the variety of things to do but wished the trampoline part was bigger….I thought it was very well priced and check in went super easy for us as we did the waivers online beforehand but we seemed to have really good timing as there was no line when we got there but then I saw a pretty consistent line…we didn’t eat but the pizzas did look good so if we go back I think we’d order one and probably try the bowling….every employee we encountered seemed to be working hard to keep things safe for the kids and while we didn’t do a party, the party hosts we saw seemed to be hustling to have things run smoothly…overall I’d highly recommend taking the kids if looking for something to do on a rainy and/or hot day.

All that said, the big negative we had was the arcade…it felt like 3/4 of the games didn’t work…the card reader would be red if it was not working and there were a LOT of red readers and then there were a few that would be green but then not work either…and the claw machines were terrible…I’m glad we didn’t get arcade cards for the whole group.

Coming from Jacksonville fl..this was such a great experience not for the kids but adults as well. I went on behalf of my family members birthday celebration and my kids had a blast!!!All staff members were exceptional. The DJ was very entertaining, he even came to wish the lil one a special birthday. The other staff members were overly helpful, patient and nice!!!! Will definitely come back

My boys absolutely loved Launch, and we will definitely be coming back. I am so happy we finally have something like this on the Eastside of Town! The only issue I had was there was no seating areas for parents when kids are jumping. Perhaps some benches around the facility will be great! Great Atmosphere and Fun!

I came here last week and it was SO MUCH FUN! Staff was great and so was costumer service. The food came out quick and everything tasted delicious. Overall everything was amazing, I would recommend people to come take a visit to have an awesome time.
