The restaraunt inside is very beautiful. It was great to get in comfortable surroundings with air conditioning after all day in heat and humidity. The staff that greeted us very friendly. I had the fisherman basket with a house salad as my appetizer and my wife the maple glazed pork chop with French onion soup. The seafood was very tasty and cooked properly. It had a piece of fish, jumbo shrimp, clams and calamari with fries. Salad was very fresh with cucumber, black olive and tomato. The French onion soup was really good. Allot of melted cheese not just on top but blended into the croutons. The pork chop was one close to one inch bone in chop. Very moist and delicious. It came with asparagus and potatoes. Brandon was an exceptional server that never let our glasses run dry and was very helpful with the menu. Prices were: fisherman's basket 21.49, house salad 7.49 (small plate but price high probably because not on menu), maple glaze pork chop 22.49, French onion soup 6.99 (worth it), sweet tea 3.99. We would definitely come back again. Were season pass holders so we get a small discount on the meal.
Great seafood restaurant within Universal Studios Orlando theme park. Good moderately priced food, with view of the small lake. Best time to eat is around 4pm. You make it after the lunch crowd and before the dinner crowd. I had the clam chowder and blackened salmon. The were both exceptionally good. Also had great service.
Lombard's Seafood Grill is an excellent choice within Universal Park. Reservations need to be made during times of greater movement, such as the Break Springs and North American school vacations. Best restaurant option within Universal. Great seafood options. Good wines. Reasonable prices, within a quality standard. I recommend.
If you liked my evaluation, kindly give a like. Thank you.
Overall the experience was pleasing. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Burgers are excellent! The french onion soup was lite on the cheese and not really melted properly. Not much in the way of gluten free selections either. I do realize we are in a theme area, but these places need to step it up.
