Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano

Some of the best Italian food I have had, the food and service were perfect! Our server, Sam, made both me and my wife feel extremely comfortable and very well taken care of - awesome guy! We were "tough" guests due to a lot of diet restrictions. Ryan, the chef, came out to make sure he understood everything and prepared an off-the-menu meal that made my wife truly beam. I would recommend this place to everyone coming and visiting Hollywood Studios.

Tables are a tad small for our family of 5. Atmosphere was casual and a bit loud but we enjoyed it. The food was really good. Service was fantastic, our server was always there with drinks and just checking on us. We had made our reservations as soon as we were able to with our Disney stay. We saw lots of people being turned away for not having made a reservation, so make sure you book early.

I read the reviews of this place and was slightly put off, but my love of Italian food lead me to book. The food was great, service was great and we had a lovely meal experience here. Kelly our Waitress was super attentive and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for a great meal on New Years Day 2020

A great restaurant on Disney property. We visit every time we go to Hollywood Studio’s, but this time was exceptionally good. The hostess, the man who seated us and our waitress all demonstrated amazing hospitality, they truly make you feel like family here. Dinner is served with bread, which is pretty great. The meals ordered at our table were the Chicken Parmesan, the Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Strip Steak. All of our meals were very good. Keep in mind, this is a restaurant inside a Disney park It’s not going to be five star Italian but it’s good! The steak isn’t the best cut but it is prepared and cooked very well. All meals were very generous portions. The restaurant itself has a very inviting and warm feeling. Allison, our waitress, was wonderful! We always look forward to coming here every time we visit.

I was worried after reading the mixed reviews but we had a wonderful experience eating here! The service was FANTASTIC (way to go Miss Barbara!!) and the good was delicious. We had the spaghetti and meatballs, the grilled chicken with cheese sauce and even the gluten free pasta my parents ordered was great!! Everything was hot and the bread and olive oil dip was perfect.
