Great place and really awesome staff! Both suggestions for a beer 🍺 were on target and really good. We came for the trivia and enjoyed the location!
I came here for Curtis Earth Trivia, which is currently 7 PM on Thursday. I'm such a fan of Curtis, that's already enough to bring me to Motorworks Brewing. There's a pretty good food selection, but I really wish they had some lighter sandwiches- everything currently on their menu looks heavy, cheesy, and/or fried, contrary to the menus I saw posted here on Google maps. Which I love don't get me wrong, but also I was hoping to have something that wouldn't make me feel bad after. The servers seem nice, there's a pretty good beer selection and the bartender seemed pretty open to making just about any cocktail. One of us got a coke and it was completely flat, which was disappointing. One weird thing is I got a really sharp stomach ache later in the night, but that could've been a coincidence.
Great beer selection. The atmosphere and location is amazing. Fun staff and clientele. They have a variety of beers that will interest most beer enthusiasts. A definite must go.
Loved stopping in to the place that just might be voted the best brewer in Florida, coming up soon 👏 With 4 offerings up for medals, we chose a perfect time to drop in. My husband and I each had a flight. The bartender (forgive me for forgetting her name) was attentive and knowledgeable, and very personable. We spoke a bit with the General Manager, Reese, and were pleased to find him very personable, as well. We walked away with a smile on our faces and a Growler of VTwin in our hands. Thank you very much!!
Unfortunately the staff at Motorworks is not informed about accessibility laws. My husband and I love craft beer and were excited to try this local favorite. I utilize a service dog and upon entering, the staff member on duty told us that dogs weren't allowed inside; I informed him that my girl was a service dog in training (in FL, service dogs in training have the same public access rights as fully trained service dogs), and the staff member again tried to insist that dogs were not allowed inside. I informed him again that she is a service dog in training and has the same public access rights as a service dog. He reluctantly told us we could choose any table. We ended up only being there for about 30-40 minutes as we did not feel very welcome. Beer was great and the taproom was very clean, but not keeping staff educated on accessibility for disabled individuals is a deal breaker for me. I hope Motorworks takes the time to educate their staff on service dogs and accessibility laws so that in the future, other disabled individuals who utilize a service dog as their medical equipment will feel welcome and included.
