Mythos at Universal's Islands of Adventure

This place is Amazing, and not just for a theme park restaurant! Food was delicious and selection was well varied. Went with a large party of 4 kids and 4 adults, everyone found something they liked, and the waiter was more than happy to have the kitchen alter meals to support our specific needs (vegan/vegetarian). This place will take full service or quick service meal credits as well. Make sure to book a reservation at least 48 hours in advance, or be prepared to wait at least an hour for seating (the wait is worth it!)

Had a wonderful lunch here! Our server Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price of the food is reasonable for the quality. A nice way to escape the hustle and bustle of the park for awhile.

Tasty food, in a cave-like setting; myth and water is the theme.
Atmosphere is casual and relaxed.
Great place if you have dietary restrictions.
Service, as with all Universal restaurants, is excellent.
That said, this place does stand out among all of them for top notch service.
Staff is very friendly and efficient.
Prices are a bit high, (but it is Universal after all,) given that, quality of service, and tasty food, cost is not wholly unreasonable.
Portions are fair.
Outdoor seating is available.

Mythos has excellent food at a good price and is a great break from theme park offerings. Our meal last night was great. I ordered the beek medallions. It was delicious and the meat was so tender I barely needed a knife to eat it. My husband got a burger he said was delicious. My son was very happy with his salmon. And my little girls both finished their plates. Our server was so nice and on top of anything. She was a good 5 feet away from our table after bringing us some items when she heard my daughter say, rather quietly, that she was out of chocolate milk and turned right around to come back to get her more. My husband is not one to really be excited about restaurants, but upon leaving he said we should definitely make reservations there again.

It was awesome to eat some real food without having to leave the park area. The restaurant environment was beautiful as if you are eating inside of a cave. Food was delicious as well. The service was ok. It wasn't the quickest or the most attentive but whatever. I'll definitely visit here again.
