Oh! Que Bueno Restaurant Grill and Bar

Love the food is excellent, we experience very good service, like the environment cozy, is always full but waiting time wasn't that long, the only problem is that there's no waiting area, is extremely small by the amout of people they received and the area is a little hot. Only problem I see... the rest is excellent.

Ok so I loved the food! The price for what you get is second to none. I went here for mother's day knowing it would be busy.... But my only complaint about this place is the waiting lobby system is terrible.... They write your name down and call you... The only problem is that the waiting lobby is so small it fits maybe two families at best. I had to squeeze through many people to come and check if I had been called or not. If they had a system that would text the phone of the customers this would be an easy fix and make the wait much more tolerable. This restaurant would be 5 stars if that happened.

Delicious food and good atmosphere. We had a big party and our waitress was very polite and patient with us (first timers for a lot of us). Will definitely go back again

This place will always get a 5 star for food. AMAZING FOOD. However, HORRIBLE waiting system. There is no place to sit to wait. The doors are kept open during wait time and all that dirt comes in while you are eating. Heat or cold. We have been here through all season and just had it with the wait time. We want to keep coming back but you guys need a better system in place. Beepers, reservations, I don’t know. Something. People are crunched in the front and you even hear the guest complaining when walking out among the crunch. It’s annoying. Please get this together. There are amazing advancements. Benches in the front? I am not sure. Please fix. Hopefully the next time we come, there’s a change.
