Eat there because my elderly mom loves there soups. I am a meat & potatoes person who prefers other places. Their bakery section has excellent choices.
I enjoy Panera as a whole, but the 'healthy' aspect caan sometimes feel shamey. I support anyone buying organic but it is no healthier than any other option. Panera makes it seem as if that makes a difference
The staff are nice at the register. Whomever is cooking needs to know how to cook an over easy egg and stop making it over hard. But aside from that it's Panera, you get what you get. The only problem I see is the management. They just stand around and sweep behind the kitchen. They see people at the register, do not acknowledge them and turn around to go in a different direction. They do not want to engage with the customer/guest at all. They will not even ask if they can help you or anything. It's the first time I have actually seen managers purposely avoid customers. It's like they are scared or feel they are better than the other employees and don't have to do that sort of thing.
Christian went above and beyond to make my 1st dining experience at Panera a pleasant one. I was also helped by a young lady that was also really sweet however I didnt get her name. She was working cashier on 2/11 around 10 am and she was short with brown hair. I just want to let them know that I will definitely be back. I made sure to ask for a Panera card for my future visits. ????
