    Great affordable family restaurant. The bakery doesn't disappoint and neither do the menu items. Breakfast all day helps to satisfy any craving. Highly recommend.

    Good food. For a sunday not a bad wait. 15 minutes. Coffee was bitter so be sure to ask for a fresh pot. If you are feeding a family for breakfast or brunch ts a nice place to go. Have bakery up front and you can order to go too.

    Quiet considering off a busy road in Orlando. Being it was our first night there and everything had been crazy up till that point it was exactly what we needed... Food was standard Perkins. Wait staff was friendly and helpful...

    Perkins is a steady breakfast place. What I mean is, they're not outstanding but they're always decent. They're an old favorite that you'll keep going back to because the food is pretty good - especially the Mammoth Muffins! (I recommend the cranberry orange.)

    Slow service even after the morning breakfast rush hour. Was there around 11 a.m. and it literally took 24 minutes to receive one breakfast order and one French dip sandwich. I asked the server if it usually takes this long and he said, "yeah, sometimes it takes 40 minutes.". Years ago when I was 19 I cooked at Bob Evans and if we didn't have our orders out within 12 minutes we would hear it from our managers

    My breakfast was mediocre at best but my son loves his first French dip sandwich
