Pete's Famous BBQ

This is the BEST BBQ hands down. Their ribs are perfectly seasoned and and the same goes for their chicken. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. There is typically a line so anticipate a little wait time. All of their sides are top shelf. Have not tried and of their desserts but I can only imagine the quality being there as well. The service is great and always friendly. If you haven't tried it yet, stop missing out and get there. They are only open Friday and Saturday and some Holidays.

I may be British but I'm a former chef who's had his fair share of bbq and am also a certified Florida BBQ Assoc. judge and can honestly say these are some of the best ribs I've ever eaten!

I happened past and stopped by randomly for lunch and am so glad I did. HUGE portion of ribs, amazing sides of Mac and cheese and potato salad, plus can of soda for $15 (May 2019). I'm a big eater (read: "I'm a greedy man" lol) and couldn't eat even half of this. You know what? They were great later on straight from the fridge too!

Great medium weight smokey flavor from the oak used, lovely tangy spicy sauce and great to chat to Pete the owner on the porch outside while I ate. Keep up the great work bro! I'll definitely be back and be telling my friends about this place for a long time to come. Very highly recommended.

BBQ and the feeling here is super good. I think I might become a regular. It has a nice interior. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.

Great ribs. We went for the whole slab ($30) and had half with their tangy sauce and half with BBQ sauce. Meat was very tender and soft.

We also got a side of mac n' cheese and potato salad. The potato salad was pretty good but mac n' cheese didn't stand out too much.

Extra sauce is $1 and isn't really worth it since neither the tangy or BBQ sauce tasted any different than your store brands. The tangy sauce was on par with your typical honey mustard sauce.

They only accept cash so be prepared!

Very simple setup, no frills. However, really really good BBQ. Gotten the Rib platter a few times now and awesome every time. Very tender, light to medium smoke, and super juicy. A+ rib score here for sure, haha. They also have delicious traditional baked macaroni for a side and a really good potato salad.
