The drinks are made right usually, but I wonder if they need a new system to alert for Pickup orders. 3 times now I waited in my car for the app to say my order was ready, but when I came in they hadn't even gotten started. I only get one drink, sometimes two. I understand things can get busy. But there were no other customers in there, and the crew is always either in the back talking or doing night tasks (sweeping and such).
