Pollo Tropical

Went two different times. The first time was at night and it was almost a chaos. I had to wait like between 7-10 minutes until someone acknowledge that I was standing in line ready to make an order. There were like 7-8 employees working at that time, all of them doing different things and nobody working on the cashier. The area where you get the cutlery was dirty and disorganized. A cooker was sitting on the customers dining area. But... the chicken was really good! I came back the day after and it was a totally different place, everything was clean, there was even an employee picking up the plates after you finish eating and putting them in the trash. She was also giving to the customers some napkins after they finished eating. Again, the chicken was really good. Would come back for the chicken!!

I love the grilled chicken here, my family and I come get some every time we visit Orlando. A whole chicken meal with 3 sides is a little less than $20. Can't beat that if you have decent size family.

today I went inside instead of using the drive-through because there were so many cars stacked up. I was able to go in, get my food and come out and the car line had moved one vehicle. Other than a slow drive through the food is amazing and the service inside is very good. It was also clean inside which is an A plus in my book.

Some of the best Mojo Pork outside my Cuban Grandma's s kitchen. Add the great Garlic and Cilantro Sauce or any of the Following sauce concoctions to take their food to the next level. When traveling throughout the South, when I see a Pollo Tropical, I get to taste some of the home cooking from my Florida past. Never had a bad meal at Pollo Tropical.
