    The best good damn Spanish food I have ever had for that price. Holy moly was at good and fast. I don't know how they do it and the sauces are to die for. 10 dollars for half a pound of chicken a side of rice and beans and fries?!?! Are you joking that's a MacDonald's meal price for something healthier!

    Wish we had these in Seattle! Such flavorful food.... If you've never tried it you're missing out.

    My first time experience was great. The lady working the counter was very knowledgeable. Not to mention the food was great. Also very reasonable for the amount of food. I'm saddened that I'm so far away from an establishment.. Pat Cobb Inverness Florida

    I had a couple of weeks ago an issue with a family dinner pick up. I shared my concerns with management and she stated to me. Please be my guest in a complimentary dinner next time you visit Pollo Tropical.

    I call and spoke to Eric the GM and he stared to me I will honor my managers spoken words of being our guest.

    I just did that the food was amazing
