Pretty good food customer service could be better they just need to work on that and they will be great!

I love the food from this Popeyes, it tastes good. The inside is clean and the bathrooms always are too which surprised me. I don't like how disorganized the staff seem though, and the customer service is eh. When I ordered my food I stayed the side and drink speak in very clear and audible, and right after I said it the lady asked for my side and drink. They also mixed up the sides and gave me 2 or 3 wrong drinks in my order. Some visits here are better than others, depends on who's working.

I was confused to why they couldn’t take coupons even though they were sent in the mail until the Order taker “Jojo” because she said it would be hard to remember her name explained to me to me. She’s the best. Very friendly and excellent customer service. She repeated my order before I drove up to the window and at the window. She even made sure everything I asked for was in the bag before I drove off. She’s very pleasant and has the most gorgeous smile. With customer service like that,I would always go back!!
