Red Lobster

We have good seafood. The service was quick and he was very polite. Was a good meal I enjoyed it I would go back

First, I haven't been to a Red Lobster in NYC since about 6 yrs ago, due to poor service experiences at a few different locations. BUT this time was different. I went for a late lunch with my mother and felt the service was very accommodating. They made several substitutions due to dietary restrictions. The only thing was they didnt bring out with my tea was a spoon to stir the cream and honey. And also had to ask for napkins twice. As for the food, I was happy to see some healthy vegetable side items have been added to the menu. The cauliflower au gratin was pretty good and extra cheesy. The seasonal green beans were delicious too. My lobster tail was perfectly cooked and the scampi was also yummy. I actually really enjoyed my afternoon meal at Red lobster today. I hope to go back again.

We ran into some issues with our food actually making it to the table, our appetizer showed up around the same time as the entree. The implication was the order was lost in the kitchen despite our waiter repeatedly requesting it. Food from the kitchen was generally slow to arrive, even our entrees resulted in a wait of around forty five minutes, which again when you're dealing with hungry tired children is an eternity. The saving grace here was the food was actually quite good, in other situations it might have been worth waiting for. The other knock would be the lack of a manager checking in after there was an issue. While the server apologized, and did not charge us for our much delayed appetizer, it still would've been nice to have a token drive by apology from the manager.

Customer service great. Food is eh. One would figure y'all being closer to fresh water fish that the selection would taste fresher. My lobster tail was rubbery . Great staff tho.

The service was great. Our food was great as usual. Our waiter JD was very friendly. Great first impression for my Daughter and I as we just we located to Orlando from Dallas ,Texas. Hopefully next time my Husband will be able to join us. We will be back because this seems to be our neighborhood Red Lobster and there is no other seafood place greater than Red Lobster ????
