Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Always a great burger here. Unfortunately service is lacking at times but nothing that completely messes up the experience. Join the rewards program and take advantage of frequent deals.

I appreciate the waitress's courteousness and attitude. However, she omitted a few things and my order wasn't taken accurately. She forgot to provide us some utensils and a take out bag and also failed to offer additional fries. Furthermore, I requested a WELL DONE burger, but my burger turned out to be pink and red. I didn't realize it until I was almost halfway through. It could've made me ill. Speaking of that, below well done shouldn't even be an option for ground beef patties.

Anyway, this establishment is overpriced and somewhat incompetent.

We periodically visit this RR and they are usually exceptional. Tonight their kitchen was slow and our orders were incomplete. My burger was more well done than medium. Staff as always, very cordial.

I've been to this place several times. I'm a vegetarian and they have one of the most delicious veggie burgers! And bottomless garlic fries and salad. The service has been nice so far too. I recommend!

I love this place for a burger. The petal fries are fanastic. There are so many great choices of burgers but I tried a salad this time. It was late around 10 pm. I was pleasantly surprised. The greens were fresh and crispy with a tender chicken breast on top. The menu has a very nice selection of salads.
