Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We're in Orlando on vacation and stopped by Red Robin for lunch. It was my first time eating here and I can say I was not disappointed. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and sweet and the food was amazing! Will definitely return.

I really liked Red Robin! The menu was a good size without being too overwhelming. The names of the items on the menu were often colorful and fun. I worried that I would not be able to find anything to eat since I've recently gone on a diet. But I found a grilled chicken/salad option that was quite good. Even though it was busy, our waitress did a good job attending us. Good place to go with a friend or with a small group.

Always a great place to eat! We come here every time after we leave the Thene Parks. Their customer service is amazing from the host to my server. And of course the Food has never failed me ❤

I really enjoy Red Robin occasionally, but recently the overall experience and quality seems to have gone way down. I’m not sure what space they are trying to compete in, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Red Robin is known for their extensive burger menu and bottomless fries. The burgers do remain their strong point with interesting combos and decent prices. They also have a very good rewards program. The restaurant also has plenty of non burger items and is very family friendly and not too loud.

While the burgers are still good, quality of the sides and other items on the menu seem to have dropped drastically. Even the fries (while bottomless) are served in tiny portions that are frequently poorly cooked. And good luck getting refills on any of your bottomless items at this location - if you can flag down an overworked waitress the kitchen is always “behind” or “lost the order”. With the continual understaffed nature of I-Drive restaurants drink refills are also difficult! I’ll be back - but will adjust my expectations way down.
