Sam Snead's Oak Grill and Tavern

My husband and I celebrated our 22 year anniversary here. The experience was amazing. We had our usual server Jenn, but there seemed to be a team effort to make our night special by everyone in the restaurant. We have never had an experience like that anywhere else. I wanted to mention Sara; though she didn't serve us last night she has served us in the past. She has a really positive attitude and is always there when you need her. Last night though we were able to see all of our favorite people from Bree to Jenn to Desiree and Sara. We also spoke to the manager Matt who seems to be the nicest person. We will return like we always do. I just wanted to thank everyone that made my night special.

I wish I had known about this place years ago! I sincerely doubt I will come across any other place offering the level of food quality and service for the price.

I've been told to try out Sam Snead's for a couple of months by a close friend and I decided to go for my wife's and I anniversary. It was beyond anything we could've anticipated. The food was superb, I've seldom had a fillet as tender and flavorful as the one I had last week.

The service was exceptional as well. Donald was respectful, engaging, witty and very accommodating. We wanted for nothing, he made sure of that.

I will undoubtedly return for another visit and recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Always great service and good food. The staff is excellent and the service top notch. The food is good, but sometimes perhaps a bit pricey for what you get. Still though I highly recommend them!

I love that they serve fresh mint with tea. The food is wonderful, particulary the brown sugar bacon on a burger.

I don't particularly like the atmosphere, but the food is worth it. It's dark which is fine for dinner, but it's also dark at lunch. The air is always cranked so bring a jacket. It's lovely if the weather allows outdoor seating.

The service is generally spot on. There is one server that we really love, Jen. She is just great! The hosts are always on point as well.

Local tavern and restaurant that attracts more of a older crowd. When I came here, it was super busy. It was raining outside... so ordered the mushroom soup and I have to say it was the most disgusting mushroom soup or any soup ???? I’ve had in my life... the bartender was kind enough to remove it from the bill and I ordered the special of the day, the New Orleans style jumbo shrimps... came with bread ????, rice ???? and beans. The shrimps were amazing... the best I had in Orlando. The bartenders are very nice and personable.
