Hands Down!! This food is AMAZING! All praises to Chef Candy!! And the young lady and gentleman was very friendly and made my family and I feel real welcomed and comfortable!!!! 3 thumbs up!! Will definitely come back for MORE!!

This my new favorite place. Everyone was very nice and down to earth. As for the food, Lord I almost hurt myself trying to eat so much. The food is amazing! It's the next best thing to grandma's cooking if not the best !!! They give you a plenty of food. Once you are done you will not be hungry for the rest of the day I promise unless you are pure greedy. They have it all from Turkey wings to chittlings????. As for drinks, the lemonade and fruit punch is absolutely yummy. Thry also have dessert but Did not any room in this tummy. But there will be a next time. Visit soul food kitchen you will not be disappointed l promise????

First and foremost, the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Thank god my mom wanted soul food on Mother’s Day and we had to give her what she wanted so we found this spot. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out, I promise. It’s sort of like a take-out joint, but they have some tables in the hallway, so we sat there because we were starving. My mom had the oxtails and she said they were flavorful and tender. She said the green beans were so delicious. My partner and i had the dark meat baked chicken and we loved it. My partner had collard greens, which was seasoned perfectly. And i had candied yams and macaroni, which is my favorite and it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and patient as we were first time customers deciding what we wanted to eat. We also had the potato salad which was delicious as well. We got a small plate for all our meals and it was more than enough.

I highly recommend this place for some good soul food. The food is really good and it’s affordable. I felt like i was eating Sunday dinner at Grandmas.

Must try it out.
