The boy working window NOAH. Attitude and Kept cutting me off. Closed the window in my face when I asked for something. When he came back he still had an attitude. I generally have good experiences when I come to this location but I don’t see myself returning if he’s working.

Super friendly staff who are always smiling. There's almost always a line for the drive thru when I'm there, but it moves quickly. We never wait long at all. My drink is always made correctly at this location. And they often acknowledge my kids with a compliment or a wave. I will go out of my way to go to this location over the one closer to my house because of these reasons.

The staff at this Starbucks keeps bringing me back. I don't even care if their kindness is manufactured. I've always felt the baristas at this location are extremely personable and exude excellent customer service. They've never messed up my order and always greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going. Living in a college town, I typically expect less than enthusiastic greetings from those that work at food and beverage establishments but I always have a positive experience at this location.

Starbucks has created new protocols for the new situation. I like it!

Brand new as of Nov 2019. Very clean and spacious. Large amounts of tables and plenty of plug-ins. The staff is really polite and helpful.
