Disappointed in myself for continuing to go back and them for continuing to screw my order up. I've ordered in person and on the app, same issue.

(November 9, 2018, 2:06 pm)1st time at this location. Got a cheese Danish and a Cafe Mocha. My Danish was burnt and my mocha was gross. I tried calling NO answer. I got to work to see if the Starbucks there could exchange my drink since your location couldn't help. But unfortunately they couldn't. So I spent almost $8 for a burnt danish and a disgusting cafe mocha. How will you fix this Starbucks?

Starbucks fixed my order from last time. They were super nice about it and took care of me quickly. Cass was very sweet and very helpful. Thanks Cass for doing my order.
