We stayed at Disney for 7 days and this was the best food we had. We ate some of the most popular restaurants on Disney property and the food here blew everything else out of the water! We will definitely do this dining experience again when we return!

Wow! All I have to say about this restaurant. We had to even compliment the chef it was so good. You get 3 apps and one was a mushroom bisque- it was great! We got the prime rib. Then they have 4 desserts they come out with. The drink menu is great too. I honestly was afraid because I’m a picky eater but it was delicious. It was fun to have the characters walk around and the menu was cool too. I wish it was a little brighter but it is Snow White themed so I get it.

Very good atmosphere, great food, and characters were great. This was our first time here, but we will definitely return. We both had the prime rib and it was some of the best I had. The appetizers were interesting and the desserts were fantastic.

Edit: returned 3 months later and had the same meal, the prime rib was of much poorer quality. Tough and chewy, not at all like the first visit. 5 stars for the first visit, but only 3 for the second. Oh and Grumpy never even showed up the second time we went.

Appetizers good, main courses good but waited 35 min for them, desserts look better than they taste. Desserts reminded me of a cheap buffet but better looking. Not enough characters. Snow White, grumpy, dopey and the queen. Queen is there for periods of time and you go to her. Others come around but takes ages. They try to have a sing along song , whistle why you work, but only two dwarfs doesn’t cut it. The concept is a good idea but not up to Disney standard. We tried it without kids and at $53 per person glad we did. We were there for 1 hr 45 min , mainly waiting for our food and 1/2 hr to get our drinks. Mainly because of time spent and lack of dwarfs I wouldn’t take children under age 6 unless they are very patient. Better to get a fast pass for characters. I love Disney. Annual pass holder and DVC member but this was rather disappointing. I hope they can tweak this a bit and then it should be good. I’d rather go to the other character dining until this improves with more characters and quicker delivery of food

This dining experience was by far the best i've had in 5 days of being on resort. The menu comes with 3 shareable apps an entree and 4 desserts. The food was absolutely amazing. I would eat here even if it wasn't character dining. The character dining was amazing. Before we ordered, Snow White greeted us, and we got pictures with Grumpy and Dopey during our entree. On our way out we got photos with Maleficent. The portions were great too. We walked out of there very full. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
