Sus Hi Eatstation - Colonial

Great concept. Cool, hip, decor. Sushi is indeed bae. I’m not giving it 5 stars because I feel the protein portions are a little small. I got the regular bowl, and I believe getting the large bowl only gets you two additional scoops of protein, and that would even more stingy, especially for 13 bucks. But I still liked it, and who knows, maybe they’re not so stingy as much as I am cheap. ????

The staff is always friendly. The ingredients are fresh and mostly everything is prepared in front of you. I love to create my own rolls and bowls. Great variety! I love this place.

If you're a fan of sushi, you HAVE to try Sus Hi Eatstation!! My fiancee has come here several times already this week. We came for my first time at dinner and it was amazing! The Ninja convinced me to try the fried sushi burrito, which is a necessity. The bowls are great too, but you should start with the burrito for the extra flavor and uniqueness. You choose your size and type of sushi vessel, each of which comes with at least 2 choices of "meat", regular is 3. Then unlimited veggies, seasonings, and sauces (I recommend trying a ton of sauces and dipping your burrito). It honestly was one of the best sushi experiences! Love it and recommend to everyone!!

Highly recommend if you're in Orlando! Food is very fresh and excellent tasting. Great proportion sizes. Customer service was very nice and very helpful! Was also very easy to find parking, there was Plenty of parking behind the building. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I loved this place. It is basically make your own sushi and poke bowls. It is delicious and so fresh. There were lots of options and it was at a good price. The general manager there was so helpful and a delight to interact with. You should definitely go try this place out.
