This was a terrific find in Orlando. The appearance of the restaurant may fool you. However, the food and service were excellent. Make sure you order dessert, too.
We ordered so many different dishes and they were all amazing! Very authentic flavors and amazing hospitality. I don't live in the area but this place is definitely one that I would crave and drive back to if I get the chance
I visit this superb restaurant from time to time as I like the good air that is outline this restaurant. The staff is extra ordinarily remarkably helpful and experienced. The service is pretty quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is great. I frequent more than once and I was always pleased. The cost is modest. I suggest this place to my friends and family.
The restaurant is located at a prime location and hence it easily attracts a lot of Indian crowd. I tried their regular buffet. The food was average. The taste could have been more better. I liked the chicken curry and the samosas. The paneer gravy could have been spicier since it was more on the sweeter side. The owners are friendly as well. They suggested us their specialities. Overall it was a good experience here
We had a wonderful experience at Taj Punjabi. we visited about 10pm on a Sunday night. It was a short 2 block walk from our resort.
Our was server was a delightful, warm, and friendly woman who is studying for as Master of Science in IT. The food was hot when it arrived and everything tasted as it should. The food was fresh, deeply flavorful, and filling. The serving portion was just the right amount. I found the prices to be average or slightly higher than what I've seen in similar establishments. The quality of the food is much better than anything we have been able to find at home in Pittsburgh.
The only negatives are that we didn't realize an extra plate of rice would be $8.99! (We figured it would be $3-4.) ALSO, they were out of change in their cash drawer, which meant we had to pay with our card rather than cash.
