The Licking Orlando

Yummy lemonades and food. But waiting an hour for food, and no free refills...not something I'm used too.

I ordered online, and it was busy when I got there. I was assisted by a very nice young lady upon entering and then realizing postmates cancelled my order. The manager stepped in immediately and put it in. I had to wait about 40 minutes but I must say every worker in there was actually working and moving as quickly as they could. The food was delicious, and worth the wait. I say please go here with an open mind and be prepared to wait. If you’re in a rush this is not the place to go. Overall, great food and I will be back.

I ordered from The Licking via Door Dash to be delivered around 12:30 pm, shortly after they opened. My food arrived in a timely manner, but a side of macaroni and cheese was missing from my order. I let Door Dash know about the missing item and also attempted to contact the restaurant, but received the busy signal. The Licking has to double check their orders and ensure the customer receives what they’ve paid for. Outside of a missing food item, the food I did receive was good.

Got there at 12:30pm. Very short wait,maybe 10 minutes. Food took 15 minutes and it was delicious!!! Chicken was sooo good seasoned to perfection, the greens were really fire, and the sweet potatoes qe good light amd sweet. I give them a 10/10.
They offered us an umbrella to walk to our car bc we had to wait outside due to the covid.
Will be eating there again tomorrow before qe go home to Ga.
Oh,and the mystery drink. Wish I had a cup.of that RIGHT NOW!!!! BEST COOLAOD I EVER HAD. AINT NO MYSYERY TO ME. Tastes like a bunch of.coolaids and some.juice.

Drove over an hour to get this delicious meal and it was well worth it. I arrived at 11:20 am. It wasn’t too crowded but the line was forming. The host took our order and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I was given a device and waited about 40 minutes (party of 7) for my food to be ready. Our food was opened in front of us for approval and everything was presentable and accurate. The Mystery drink didn’t make it out of the parking lot, our food didn’t either. As we were leaving the line grew longer but it seem to be moving fast. There were hand sanitizing stations all around the restaurant and all employees had on mask. I enjoyed my experience and will continue to patronize this establishment.
