Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came to have lunch with my two kids. The food was fresh, service was prompt and courteous. There’s something for everyone, as there is a wide selection of items on the menu. Even then, my daughter wanted something specific, and the restaurant made it happen. I highly recommend them! Will definitely return!

Visited the place for the 2nd time, this week. The only difference is that I went with my brother. He was not having a great day and wanted to treat him to something different. Brianna, Store Manager took care of the order. She was polite, patient, caring and attentive. She asked how my day was and provided extra napkins so I would not get dirty. At one point she asked us if everything was good. The right there is called good customer service quality. On top of that, I arrived 30 min. before closing. We did not feel rushed out. Thank you, Brianna. I look forward to more visits.

Service here may take some time as smoothies are made from scratch, so I suggest planning with at least 10-15 minutes to spare while smoothie gets prepared. Food (wraps) is rather quicker. Smoothie and wrap were good but I would say the wrap was a bit low on protein (chicken).
If you plan on ordering any food items check for smoothie discounts.
Minus once star was due to the low protein and service time. May need additional employees during busy times.
