U & Me Hot Pot

This place is the best hotpot place i been so far. The inside is so beautiful, prices and good and they have a good selection of meats and sauces. I will definitely return.

Tldr: So get this, Asian soup buffet. Don't over think it, good quick cuts thats are made to withstand the hot pots of soup, plenty of stuff to experiment with.

Long story: Know how kuch you can handle though and cook with that if you want the bang for your buck. Charged for wasted food and they check once they clean up, honestly a good idea. Really cute no contact robot, but definitely not the reason to go. Fresh single servings of noodles and veg on conveyors, signs with cook times. Safest bet is eat what you know with pork broth, need heat beware ita a pot full of chilles. Worth every penny. Only real suprise was the robot not being a actual server, just a glorified sign to your seat, then you have human servers.

So fun and modern! When you enter the restaurant to the left is a Boba Tea bar that is separate if you wanted to just have delicious Boba tea but, if you want a flavorful and fun journey go ahead and stay for lunch or dinner. You are taken to your table by a cute little robot (famous on tiktok) named Peanut and your table has a burner at each seat. You are then handed a menu where you choose what broth you want and what drink (you can get the same Boba tea from the bar delivered to your table). Once you have ordered your broth you can make your way to 2 buffet style bars where you get sauces, herbs, spices, etc. From one and a ton of different meats/protiens (tofu and vegetarian options are available) including fresh seafood! You bring all of that back to your table and then you will notice a conveyor belt bringing veggies and other add-ins such as tofu, bok choy, various noodles, dumplings, etc. Your broth will be delivered to you in a metal pot that they put on the burner for you and turn it on. Wait for it to stat boiling and you add all your ingredients in as wanted! The cook times are listed somewhere near your table (just ask your server). Such a fun and neat experience and you can make your dish EXACTLY how you want 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic hot pot! Very clean. The dishes on the conveyor belt were wrapped up in plastic wrap. They had gloves for you to use at the buffet. There is a wide array of meat, seafood and veggies to add to your meal. The noodles and dumplings were delicious! If you are looking for a great hot pot definitely give this place a try. I will be back!!

This was such a fun experience! My mom and I saw hot pot and thought it was just going to be a normal hot pot place, but this was the icing to the cake after a fun day
