    I've never had a bad experience at any Wendy's establishment. Service was friendly and food was great.

    Food was good, restaurant was dirty with stuff on the floor. One soda machine didn't dispense diet soda & ketchup dispenser was empty, during a busy lunchtime. We told management, it didn't get filled during our lunch...

    I recently had a problem with a poorly made burger. I made a call to customer service and later got a call from the owner. I went back the next day and the manager was apologetic and very nice about it. He even offered me more than the original purchase! Customer service and satisfaction here is top notch and a model for all!

    FASTEST, friendliest and most accurate service for fast food around here, especially during rush hour for lunch. Prepare to be wowed if going through the drive thru at how fast they get through every order. I am impressed, every single time.
