“Our first visit tonight and what a nice surprise. For 3 of us with three entrees, an appetizer to share and 3 iced teas, the total was $46.15. We ordered a 3 cheese grilled cheese with a cup of tomato bisque soup and added a side of grilled vegetables (zucchini and squash), meatloaf plate served with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, Salisbury steak plate with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables and the appetizer was the Cheddar Cornbread Waffle. We were greeted when we walked in by Alex who was also our server. He was friendly and welcoming and took great care of us. The food is very good. Everything we ordered was served hot and fairly quick. The Cheddar Cornbread Waffle was really unique and very good. We will order this again for sure. The grilled vegetables (zucchini and squash) were prepared and grilled perfectly for a person who isn’t always a fan of most vegetables. Very tasty for sure. The diner has one large dining room with an open kitchen. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only problem with this restaurant is that it is so far from our house. However, fir this, we will be up For a road trip to try out other menu items and breakfast. This is a recommended dining experience for sure.”

“I admit, I haven't been Wawa's biggest fan. I find them crowded and checkout is often an eternity. This visit might have won me back. Wawa does coffee better than any convenience store. I think that's a fact everyone can agree on. It's not just great coffee, it's the layout and fixin's offered in plentiful amounts. I think the prices have climbed in the last year and there hasn't been any major value adds for the increases. My 24oz cofee was just under $2. I feel like I used to pay 25% less for it. The coffee area was clean and mostly stocked, but everything was running low. I ordered a hoagie breakfast roll and went to pay for it and my coffee. By the time I returned, it was ready. There were 2 check-out lanes open but they moved very slowly. Not so much because of the staff, but the large number of cash paying customers who simply weren't ready to pay. The store inside and out was mostly clean. You can't expect too much at 9am when the morning rush is just concluding. I'd love to be able to pay for BOTH my coffee and sandwich in the app and never have to stand in line. However, we live in a day where theft is a problem, so I understand the trade offs.”

There was a missing burger from the two cheeseburger meal and the 20 piece nuggets we ordered came with no sauce. “The service is fast, everyone is nice, and the food is McDonald’s quality. However! It seems the tea is always past its Use By time. When I went a few days ago around 5 PM, the unsweetened tea had a Use By time of 12:48 PM and the sweet tea had a Use By time of 5:44 AM. Also, my filet-o-fish came with half a slice of cheese.... That was odd.”
